At BASED, we want you to feel confident in your glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your beauty products in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
